Station Manager has the responsibility of the overall activities, on and off air.
Program Director decides how the outlook of a radio station is. This includes announcers, music, on and off air program, and editorial.
Announcer Chief is in charge of the announcer’s recruitment, training, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation.
Music Director is in charge of the music selection of the radio which eventually will represent the characteristic and segmentation it serves to.
Production Chief is in charge of processing voice and other media data into a well-packaged and recorded program.
Editorial Chief is in charge of providing talk material, adlibs, wording of any program requires, and various scripts.
Promotion Chief is in charge of any image-building related activities such as off air and cross promo with other types of media.
Administration Head is in charge of employment, commercial traffic, listener’s data base, as well as any activities involving the employees.
